Licensing

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you (“Licensee”) and BLITZ BRING! (“Licensor”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any product (“Product”) from the website www.blitzbring.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or business purposes, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Authorized Use

Licensee is permitted to:

  • Use the Product for creating, managing, and maintaining websites.
  • Use the Product for an unlimited number of websites, either for personal use or for clients.
  • Use the Product for both personal projects and projects for clients.

3. Prohibited Uses

Licensee is not permitted to:

  • Distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Product to any third party.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
  • Use the Product in any manner that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Use the Product to create derivative works or products that are competitive with the original.

4. No Right of Return

The Product is provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranty. There is no right of return or refund for the Product once it has been purchased. All sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain the property of the Licensor. Licensee acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing and using the Product.

6. Limitations of Liability

Licensor will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if the Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Product.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the relevant jurisdiction.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
